Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries frozen or fresh
- 2 wholewheat biscuits
- 450 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 50 g low fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey clear
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve chilled.
