Ls Burger are a perfect example of simple ingredients being used properly. This recipe creates a divine burger that will rival any fast food outlet. A main difference in the fresh flavour and that it takes only 11 minutes to produce. I couldn’t get half way to my nearest fast-food outlet to buy and then it is cold before I get home. This main dish is ready when you want it with a mixture of lettuce, sauce, gherkins, chillies etc.

4 minutes per side for medium-rare,
5 minutes per side for medium
and up to 6 minutes per side for well done.
