Bbq Turkey Burgers make a difference from the usual boring ham or beef burgers. Turkey is not just for Christmas and Thanksgiving anymore. These burgers have a lovely texture that absorbs the flavour of the homemade bbq sauce. Jestingly, I made these for guests last weekend and served without telling them. The cook (Me) told them it was a turkey burger after receiving rave reviews for the flavour. Consequently, everyone asked for the recipe except the vegetarian but made her a meat free burger. Another recipe from this site. As a result, everyone was happy at the end of the day.
