Beef Lo Mein was one of my best takeaway orders until I discovered how to cook it at home. It tastes better and I can adjust the flavours to suit my palette. I often like to add a sliced red chilli for an extra kick. Serve as a main dish or a side dish. A good thing about making at home is you can substitute the beef for pork, chicken or even seafood to give variety.
Beef Lo Mein
One of the most popular Chinese takeaway recipes that is so easy, you can make it at home just as easily. Use Lo mein noodles to absorb the juices.
