Chilean cuisine is not known for its long list of dishes however the ones it does have are remarkable. The cuisine has been influenced by mainly by the Spanish.
The national dish of Peru is the Curanto. It is a stew that combines seafood, meat and vegetables all together. It consists of every meat and seafood ingredient available. Traditional, it is cooked in a dirt pit and often a main dish at parties with an amazing flavour.
Furthermore, popular Chilean dishes include corn casserole with meat stuffing. Empanadas: pastry filled with meat, cheese or mussels. Cazuela: homemade stew with beef, chicken, corn, rice and potatoes. The Chilean cuisine is so full of flavours, textures and aromas.
