
Eggs in Green Sauce
A different looking meal but a so so tasty and so easy to produce and served with boiled potatoes for a healthy all-rounder of only 418kcal

Ingredients
- 10 large eggs boiled
- 1 1/2 cups fresh herbs chopped, 375 ml
- 1/2 cup sour cream 125 ml
- 1/2 cup yogurt 125 ml
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise 60 ml
- 1 large lemon juice only
- 1/2 tsp sugar 2 ml
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
- Finely chop one of the eggs and stir it into the mixture, along with the herbs, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the sauce onto a serving platter or individual plates.
- Slice the remaining eggs in half and arrange them on the sauce.
