Greek Style Flank Steak is a simple yet superb recipe that mixes oregano with a few ingredients to create a marinade that boosts the flavour of the steak.

Ingredients
The marinade:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice 60 ml
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin olive oil 60 ml
- 1/4 cup oregano 60 ml, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic finely chopped
- salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
The steak
- 1 lbs flank steak 1 1/2 to 2(675-900 g)
Instructions
- Whisk together the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the steak for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
- Grill directly over hot coals to an internal temperature of 145F (62C) for medium rare.
- Cut into thin slices across the grain.
