Honey Mango Chutney is a very easy recipe that is so full of flavour. The kick of the mango with the sweetness of the honey combine to make a superb chutney. Used with ham, chicken and turkey takes a snacks/sandwich to a new level. This chutney can be made in advance stored in an airtight container for a later date.

Honey Mango Chutney
A superb chutney for meats and the ultimate sandwich. Spread lightly over cooked ham or as a relish makes a good sandwich a superb one.

Ingredients
- 1 large mango peeled, seeded/ chopped
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup mixed bell peppers chopped
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1 large apple chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 cup honey
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In medium skillet combine mango, raisins, onion, bell pepper, dates, apple and garlic.
- In bowl combine honey, cider vinegar and cinnamon. Pour into skillet and mix well. Bring to boil, decrease heat to high simmer and cook for about 40 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Cool and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
