Personally I love this recipe. This recipe has the benefit of only using a single pan so easy to clean and feed the family in one go.

A simple one pan meal that that will get the family together and sets the weekend off to a perfect start. I have put this in front of friends who have gone away with the recipe and cooked it for their family.

  • Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6
  • Take a small bloomer loaf and cut in 1/2 lengthways, place on foil
  • Lay rashers of bacon over bread
  • Add sausages and crack egg into centre of the two sausages
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season
  • Add mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
  • Scrunch foil around the outside of loaf and bake for 20-30 minutes
  • Serve with extra mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and ketchup of your choice
