Perfect Peanut Sauce is my Thai neighbour answer to everything. This sauce is a perfect dip for Chicken Satay, fried chicken and raw vegetables and so many other things. It is smooth, tangy, spicy and amazingly tasty all in one little dish. Served as a dip or a sauce it works. Serve the dip in a little dish with satay chicken, bread and salad for a dish with a difference.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- In a serving dish, add all of the ingredients together.
- Whisk until fully combined.
- If too thick then add a little water to dilute until its consistency is to your liking.
