Pesto Sauce is a simple sauce that packs helps to create or finish dishes off. The recipe is incredibly easy to produce with only 5 main ingredients and a blender. - Wash and dry basil. Place basil in a blender or food processor with garlic, olive oil, pine nuts, cheese, and pepper.
- Puree until the sauce reaches the consistency you enjoy.
- If serving with pasta, add the pesto and toss thoroughly to serve.
- Serve immediately whilst pasta is piping hot.
