Soy and Orange Tuna Steak is a marinade that perfectly compliments tuna steaks. It adds flavour sweet and sour to the tuna without overpowering it. Serve as part of a main dish with salad or rice for a winter and summer delight. The finishing touch of coating the tuna is sesame seeds adds another dimension of flavour and textures that works.
