Tip: If you want the sauce to be thicker just mix more cornflour and water together and add into the sauce. If you want to make it sweeter, just add a bit more pineapple juice.

  • Add pineapple juice, vinegar, water, Ketchup and sugar into a pan.
  • Thoroughly combine the cornflour in 1 tablespoon water and add to pan.
  • Stir continuously, bring all ingredients to the boil, then turn down to simmer and add the pineapple.
  • Stir for another 2 minutes.
