Ingredients
- 3/4 cup yellow bell pepper
- 3/4 cup Granny Smith apple diced
- 3/4 cup Braeburn apple diced
- 1/4 cup Dried Apricots diced
- 3 tbsp green onion minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
- 3 tsp rosemary finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- In small bowl combine bell pepper, apples, apricot, green onion, lemon juice, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.3/4 cup yellow bell pepper, 3/4 cup Granny Smith apple, 3/4 cup Braeburn apple, 1/4 cup Dried Apricots, 3 tbsp green onion, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1-1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil, 3 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp salt, ground pepper
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Serve with Apple Smoked Turkey Breast.
