The best marinade for steaks and chicken. Full of flavour and a brilliant basting liquid as well.
A simple yet effective recipe that I’ll use again and again.
I broiled the steaks after marinating for 4 hours, and they turned out wonderfully moist and tasty. Definitely adding this to my recipe collection
This marinade is an excellent balance of sweet, tangy, and savoury. The pepper and Worcestershire sauce gave the steaks a slight kick, while the lemon juice kept the flavours fresh and zesty.
What a fantastic marinade.
The cooking oil helped the marinade coat the steaks evenly, and the overnight soak made the meat juicy and tender. Highly recommended for summer grilling sessions
This steak marinade is a citrusy delight! The combination of lemon peel and juice provides a bright, tangy kick that complements the meat perfectly.
I used Dijon mustard instead of regular, and it worked wonderfully. The steaks absorbed all the flavours beautifully, especially after an overnight marinade.
I found the recipe easy to follow, and the ingredients are pantry staples. The Worcestershire sauce and mustard added just the right amount of umami. I marinated the steaks for 3 hours, and they were tender and flavour-packed.
The lemon peel and juice added a citrusy brightness, while the garlic and scallions provided an aromatic base. I was impressed with how tender and juicy the steaks were after just a few hours of marinating.
I loved how simple yet flavourful this marinade was. The scallions and garlic infused the meat with a savoury aroma, and the mustard gave it a subtle tanginess.
I marinated my steaks overnight, and the result was incredibly flavourful and tender. A must-try for steak lovers
