It is often called the most important meal of the day and each side of the argument has its supporters. I am of course talking about Breakfast. A famous quote by Adele Davis reads

A lot of countries take their time over meals whereas others have adapted their meals to fit in with their busy lifestyles. We used to sit down at a table for a good hearty meal unlike today especially when we can not get the same nutrients and vitamins in a foil wrapped cereal bar consumed whilst running for the bus!! How many of us now have the time to follow the rules of the Adele’s quote?
