Breakfast like a king – you can with this traditional breakfast. There are multiple other ingredients that you can have with this but these make a light but filling breakfast/brunch. This traditional breakfast grills most of the ingredients to avoid frying making it far healthier. The only thing not grilled are the scrambled eggs which are easy to prepare and cook. A normal British Breakfast would be fried using the rind off the back bacon rendered down.

Ingredients
- 4 rashers bacon smoked
- 2 local sausages Newmarket, Lincolnshire or Cumberland
- 2 large eggs scrambled
- 1 tbsp Tomato relish see recipe
- 40 g button mushrooms
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 bunch chives garnish
Instructions
- Start by grilling the sausages, the cooking time will vary according to the type and size but allow approximately 15 minutes and turn regularly
- Around 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time add the bacon to the grill pan along with the mushrooms and whilst they are cooking scramble the eggs
