Chocolate Nut Corners are a true treat for any family table. These delightful biscuits bring together a buttery base, a sweet nut topping, and a rich dip of chocolate. They are simple to recognise by their neat triangular shape and glossy chocolate tip. More importantly, they offer a balance of texture and flavour that keeps everyone reaching for another piece.
To begin with, the base has a gentle crumb that feels light yet satisfying. It supports the topping without becoming too heavy. On top, a layer of chopped nuts adds both crunch and warmth. Hazelnuts often take centre stage, yet almonds or mixed nuts work just as well. As a result, each bite delivers a mix of soft and crisp textures that feel comforting and familiar.
What makes these biscuits stand out, however, is the finishing touch. Each triangle has one corner dipped in smooth chocolate. This simple step adds both flavour and visual appeal. The chocolate sets into a firm shell, which contrasts nicely with the nutty topping. When you take a bite, the chocolate gives a slight snap before melting on the tongue. Children often enjoy this part the most, as it feels a bit like a reward at the end of each piece.
Because of their size and shape, Chocolate Nut Corners suit many occasions. They fit well on a tea tray during a quiet afternoon. At the same time, they look lovely on a party platter. You can arrange them in a circle or stack them into small piles for a tidy display. In addition, they travel well, so they make a good choice for picnics or lunchboxes.
Families also enjoy making these biscuits together. The process feels calm and rewarding. Children can help press the base into a tin or sprinkle the nuts over the top. Later, dipping the corners into chocolate becomes a fun task that encourages creativity. Although it may get a little messy, the results are always worth it.
When it comes to serving, these biscuits pair well with a range of drinks. A warm cup of tea brings out the nutty flavours. Alternatively, a glass of cold milk balances the sweetness for younger members of the family. For a special treat, hot chocolate creates a cosy and indulgent moment.
It is also easy to adapt Chocolate Nut Corners to suit different tastes. You might choose dark chocolate for a richer finish, or milk chocolate for a sweeter touch. Some people enjoy adding a hint of spice, such as cinnamon, to the nut layer. Others prefer a drizzle of white chocolate over the top for contrast. In this way, the biscuits can change slightly each time while still keeping their classic charm.
Chocolate Nut Corners offer a simple yet satisfying bake that appeals to all ages. They combine texture, flavour, and a playful shape in one neat package. Whether served at home or shared with friends, they bring a sense of warmth and enjoyment to any occasion.

Found my favourite of all time. These are delicious.
My family enjoyed these a lot. The chocolate corner was definitely the highlight.
The nut topping was excellent. It added a warm and rich flavour to each bite.
Great combination of textures. The crunch from the nuts worked very well with the soft base.
I found them a little rich, so smaller portions worked best for me.
These were perfect for a small gathering. They disappeared quickly from the plate.
Perfect for sharing. The nut layer gave a lovely bite and the base stayed soft.
I liked the idea, but mine spread slightly in the tin. Still tasted great though.
These turned out beautifully. The triangles made them look quite special on the plate.
My children really liked the chocolate corners. They kept asking for more after dinner.
I enjoyed making these with my family. The dipping step was fun and the results looked great.
I liked these, though I think I would add a little less sugar next time. They were quite sweet.
Very nice, though I found the topping a bit sticky when cutting. I will let them cool more next time.
Lovely biscuits for a weekend bake. They went well with both tea and coffee.
Nice texture throughout, though I found them slightly sweet for my taste. Still very enjoyable.
A real crowd pleaser at our afternoon tea. Everyone commented on the chocolate tips.
The flavour was good, but I would chop the nuts a bit smaller next time for a smoother topping.
Good flavour overall, but I would use dark chocolate next time for a richer taste.
The biscuits tasted nice, but mine came out a bit firmer than expected. I may bake them for less time next time.
Very tasty and easy to enjoy with a cup of tea. The balance between sweet and nutty worked well.
A good recipe overall. I might try milk chocolate next time for a sweeter finish.
A lovely treat that feels homemade and comforting. I would happily bake these again.
These looked impressive but were simple to prepare. I will definitely make them again.
