Ingredients
 

Instructions

  • Wash and hull the strawberries.
  • Place the 300g of strawberries into a blender.
    300 g fresh strawberries
  • Blitz until completely smooth to make a fresh strawberry purée.
  • Spoon around 3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt into the base of each serving glass.
    800 g Greek yoghurt
  • Add a thin layer of the strawberry purée over the yoghurt.
  • Spoon another layer of yoghurt into each glass.
  • Add a second layer of strawberry purée.
  • Finish with a final layer of yoghurt, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Cover each glass and place them in the refrigerator for at least one hour to chill.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle a generous layer of granola over each parfait.

  • Decorate with the sliced fresh strawberries.
    100 g fresh strawberries
  • Add a small mint leaf to each glass if desired.
