Ingredients
- 350 g cranberries fresh are best
- 200 g caster sugar
- 225 ml orange juice fresh
Instructions
- Place a medium saucepan over a medium heat.
- Add the orange juice and the sugar to the pan.
- Stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved into the juice.
- Add the cranberries and cook for about 10 minutes. They should start to pop as they cook.
- Turn off the heat and pour into a bowl or a jar .
- It may appear to be very runny at this stage but don’t worry. The sauce thickens as it cools.
