Ingredients
- 400 g beef sirloin or flank steak thinly sliced
- 200 g green beans trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 250 g egg noodles fresh
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
- 2 large spring onions sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, the corn starch and a drizzle of sesame oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.400 g beef sirloin, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Boil the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside. Toss with a little sesame oil to prevent sticking.250 g egg noodles

- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan, then toss in the garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. - Toss in the cooked egg noodles, mixing everything together for another 2 minutes until heated through. If needed, add a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
