  • Place the apples, honey, cinnamon, 3 tbsp water and lemon zest in a saucepan
    600 g eating apples, 60 g clear honey, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 fresh lemon
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Allow to cool
  • Toast the oats under a preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned
  • Place the stewed apples, oats and yogurt in a food processor and blend until smooth
    75 g porridge oats, 150 g low fat natural yogurt
  • Gradually blend in the milk
    600 ml semi skimmed milk
