Banana and Honey Breakfast Loaf is an incredibly easy recipe to follow that produces a loaf full of flavour. I serve this with honey and a locally produced jam creating a delightful breakfast or brunch. I use baking powder as a leavening agent meaning that you don’t wait hours for the dough to rise. A loaf of warm bread within an hour is good but a Banana and Honey Breakfast Loaf is better. Also why not try our Chocolate Walnut Bread, Easy Pumpkin Bread and Blueberry Orange Bread for more flavours. You no longer need to have plain bread when there are so many flavours available.
