Blue Cheese Dressing is a superb recipe that produces such a lovely dressing for salad, bbq and even jacket potatoes. This recipe is simple to prepare and only takes 10 minutes. Best of all, it can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for a few days. I use stilton as my preferred cheese but any blue cheese will work. Just choose you favourite. The mayonaise, sour cream and single cream make this dressing lovely and smooth and creamy. It is hard to not to create your recipes around this dressing. I have also used Blue Cheese Dressing in a sandwich. It turns a normal salad sandwch into a superb sandwich.
