A Cosmopolitan Cocktail is one of my favourite drinks for celebrations. After years of practice, my husband has finally got it right. It is a very simple cocktail to make but so very pleasing to drink. Straight up without ice is the best way to serve it. The cocktail is chilled by the ice in the shaker. Served with crackers and cheese as a perfect appetizer/canape.
- Add all of the alcohol into a cocktail shaker with the ice and shake well.
- Drain into a cocktail glass.
- Carefully peel a wheel of lime peel or lemon and add to the cocktail.
