Cream of Clam Soup is an excellent recipe ready in less than 15 minutes. This recipe is fast, easy yet produces a superb soup with flavours that go on and on. The addition of Heavy or half and half cream creates a soup mixed with clam liquid for a superb flavour. Hit with a pinch of paprika and da-da you have a perfect dish. I serve Garlic Bread (home made) or Fresh Bread (also home made) to dunk and mop up of the soup. I would consider licking the soup bowl to make sure I get every last bit.
