A Mojito is an amazing Cuban cocktail that dates back to the 16th Century. The flavour naturally derives from the rum which is created by fermenting sugarcane molasses or juice. Rum is very popular in the Caribbean as it is a main source of sugarcane. To finish the cocktail off, fresh mint leaves are added making it a highly refreshing drink and worth a try.
