- In a large mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter, apple juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir in raisins, graham crackers, and cereal.
- Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour, then roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat. Store in tightly covered cookie tin in refrigerator will maintain freshness for 3 to 4 days.
