Apple Turkey Stir Fry is a subtle dish that proves Turkey is good all year round and needn’t be just at Christmas. The recipe is so simple but produces an amazing flavour that will surprise you. I normally serve this with a bowl of Noodles with Peanut Sauce as a single main dish. However, served with Chicken and Vegetable Spring Rolls, Orange Beef Stir Fry and Chinese Shrimp Dumplings (Shiu Mai) for a seriously good meal for 4 people.  This recipe creates a marinade that can be made in advance and stored in the fridge. It is very simple but adds such depth to the Turkey.

Lovely sweet stir fry. The turkey makes a change from the usual meat and with the apple giving a lovely twang.
