- 4 oz sardines can in oil or tomato sauce, drained, 106 g
- 6 tbsp butter 90 ml
- 1 tsp lemon juice 5 ml
- Salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork to make a smooth paste.
- Pack into small ramekins and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or toast.
