Red Pepper Sauce is a thing of beauty. The American sauce contains Tabasco Sauce, Cayenne Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes give this sauce the colour and heat you would expect. However, the flavour is no explosive and compliments so many dishes. I make this ahead of time, chill it in the fridge and just reheat it when needed. This adds colour to any meal and is ideal for dunking. Personally, I have served this sauce with Quick n Easy Beef Quesadillas, Chicken Fajitas and Cheese Tacos – Tacos de Queso. I have also used this as a sauce for bbq recipes including any form of ribs.
Red Pepper Sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan.
- Heat on low for 10 minutes.
