Ingredients
- 500 g salmon fillets
- 1 bunch dill
- 60 g unsalted butter
- 1 large lemon quartered
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475F/245C/Gas Mark 9
- Place a roasting tray large enough to hold the salmon fillets and place it on the hob over a medium high heat. Add the butter and half of the dill.60 g unsalted butter, 1 bunch dill
- When the butter has melted and the dill has released it lovely perfume, place the salmon fillets skin side down into the tray and put in the oven.500 g salmon fillets
- Roast the salmon for 4 – 5 minutes.
- Remove the tray, flip the salmon fillets over and season with salt and pepper.salt, pepper
- Return to the oven and cook for a further 4- 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the oven and baste with the butter and juices in the pan.
- Serve immediately with the other half of the dill and lemon wedges.1 large lemon
