  • Using a large glass pitcher, add the sliced orange, lemon, lime and sugar and stir to combine.
    1 large orange, 1 medium lemon, 1 medium lime, 100 g sugar
  • Add the brandy and triple sec or 1 1/2cups of dark rum and stir again.
    120 ml triple sec, 120 ml brandy
  • Place in the fridge for 2 – 3 hours for the flavours to mingle.
  • Add the red wine and orange juice along with the cherries and stir again.
    750 ml red wine, 1 cup orange juice, 10 large cherries
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness according to your taste buds.
