Ingredients
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic peel/mince
- 2 tsp mustard Dijon or English
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions

- Taste and adjust with salt and pepper accordingly.salt, pepper
- Place the steaks into the marinade turning over and massaging the marinade in.
- Cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the fridge leaving enough time to come to room temperature before cooking.
