Ingredients
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts skinless and boneless
- 15 oz stewed tomatoes with chiles can
- 12 oz cream of chicken soup can
- 1 cup corn frozen
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and heat until hot, but not smoking.
- Sauté chicken in oil until golden brown on all sides
- Stir in tomatoes (undrained), breaking apart with a spatula. Add soup, corn, chili powder and garlic powder; stir well.
- Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
