  • In small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, garlic, onion and ginger powders.
  • Place the meat into a deep baking tray and pour the marinade over.
  • Massage into the meat.
  • Cover tightly and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Cook the meat as normal using the remaining marinade to baste.
