Vanilla Honey Yogurt Smoothie is a rapid healthy drink I make when I am in a rush. Using semi skimmed milk, low fat yoghurt, bran and vanilla essence, its as near to pure as its possible. Served as a drink and as a breakfast its one of my favourite.
Vanilla Honey Yogurt Smoothie
- Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drizzle over some extra honey to serve.
