Bean Dip – Hummus

Bean Dip – Hummus is an outstanding Middle Eastern dip. It’s made from chickpeas and a few other simple ingredients (lemon, tahini, garlic, olive oil). However when combined, wow, the dip has amazing flavour and a consistency that stays on a pitta or crudité.
