The magic of Peanut Butterscotch Crispies lies in their simplicity. Butterscotch and peanut butter form the rich, velvety base of the recipe. Loved the recipe, but I wish it made a bit more. The flavours are rich, and the combination of crunchy corn flakes with creamy peanut butter and butterscotch is so satisfying.

I enjoyed making these, and they were quite tasty. The only thing is, I might cut back on the raisins next time—they were a bit overwhelming for me.

Next time, I’ll double the batch because these didn’t last long in my house.

They’re decent, but a bit too sweet for my taste. I’d suggest reducing the amount of butterscotch pieces or adding some dark chocolate chips to temper the sweetness. On the plus side, the recipe was quick and easy, and the texture was spot on. Great for kids, though
