Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes peeled, cubed
- 7 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup skimmed milk heated
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat margarine
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes over medium heat until tender and drain them.
- Add the garlic and mash the potatoes. Add the milk, sour cream, margarine, salt, and pepper and mix well until smooth.
