Tasty Chocolate Chip Cookies are a simple delight that never fades. The crunchy yet soft texture with the lovely hint of vanilla and the sweet chocolate chips are a perfect partnership. I once made the mistake of buying a large glass cookie jar and when the children see it was full, they didn’t last long. 35 years later and nothing has changed.
Tasty Chocolate Chip Cookies is a very simple recipe that make about 26 cookies in 25 minutes. My children used to make them and then wrap as a treat for people at Christmas. A tradition that my grandchildren have carried on.
Tasty Chocolate Chip Cookies
Amazingly simple recipe that works every time. The only problem being is they are so popular, you will need to bake even more.

The cookies come out golden with the perfect balance of chewy centre and crisp edges. The key is pulling them out while they’re still soft in the middle, allowing them to firm up slightly as they cool.
I made a batch of these and the children came back from school and they vanished. A good sign.
These cookies are a chocolate lover’s dream.
A fantastic recipe that’s both easy to follow and results in deliciously classic cookies
The instructions are straightforward, and the baking time is spot on for achieving a soft centre with a crisp edge.
This recipe is wonderfully straightforward and yields cookies that have just the right amount of chewiness
I loved the balance of sweetness and salt, which brings out the chocolate flavour even more.
The golden-brown colour is spot on, and the flavour is rich, buttery, and simply divine. An absolute go-to for cookie cravings
I loved the depth of flavour the light muscovado sugar added. It gives the cookies a more complex sweetness that pairs so well with the chocolate chips.
The addition of vanilla enhances the cookie flavour beautifully, while the generous amount of chocolate chips means every bite is rich and indulgent.
My family adored these – they disappeared in minutes. Ned to make more or just don’t tell them!!
I was impressed with how well these cookies turned out
The batter itself is buttery and rich, and with 200 grams of chocolate chips, each cookie is packed with melt-in-the-mouth chocolate goodness. The slight crunch on the outside, combined with the gooey centre, makes these cookies hard to resist.
These chocolate chip cookies are perfection! The combination of granulated and muscovado sugars creates a beautiful depth of flavour, with the muscovado adding a subtle caramel-like note.
Simple yet irresistible
