Toast Topper are such a simple idea that my children adore. It turns a normal boring piece of toast into a flavour experience. I use these as breakfast and brunch but also as snacks to keep them going. Using different seeds creates an abundance of options to suit every taste.

Ingredients
- 1 slice wholemeal bread
- 1 tbsp soft cheese
- 1/2 tsp marmite
- mixed seeds
Instructions
- Toast the bread and spread with the soft cheese1 slice wholemeal bread, 1 tbsp soft cheese
- Spread the yeast extract onto the cheese to give a marbled effect and sprinkle over the seeds1/2 tsp marmite, mixed seeds
