  • Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook covered on low heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on high heat for 2 to 3 hours.

  • I usually use a mixture of canned kidney, black, cannellini, or other beans. It usually takes 4 cans.
  • I often use bacon instead of cooked ham. Just make sure its smoked.
