The only thing I actually use my air fryer for lol.
Served these on a bed a steamed rice last night and it was quite simply perfect.
I added a little sliced chilli and the dish was beautiful. Served with baked chicken breast for a healty meal. That’s a first!
The flavours are surprisingly intense which made the dish all the better.
Trying to be healthier after my summer clothes had shrunk!!! This was a long shot as normally only eat veg when covered in gravy but it was delicious.
