Baked Chunky Chips is the easiest method to turn boring potatoes into gorgeous delights. This recipe only has four ingredients and two of those are seasoning. I make these as a side dish and as a snack served with a choice of dips. I like to leave te skin on the chips giving a lovely crunch to every bite.
