The mixture of the fruit, veg and oats creates a lovely drink that is filling and good for you. Not only is it tasty and filling but it also looks appealing. I buy the cooked beetroot in packs at my local supermarket to save time.

  • Place all the ingredients in a liquidizer and process until smooth.
    25 g cooked beetroot, 2 tbsp Oats, 100 g blueberries, 150 ml fat free natural yoghurt, 100 ml apple juice
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve.
  • Enjoy
