A White Wine Sauce is a very simple recipe to follow but the difference it can turn a dish from good to amazing. Popular uses are with mussels or with chicken. Both bring out the flavours in the sauce perfectly. Personally, the wine of choice should be a Pinot Grigio or a Sauvignon Blanc with their crisp dry flavours.
