Dutch Dill Bread

Dutch Dill Bread is a recipe of flavours. The caraway and dill seeds combine with the yoghurt, yeast and flour to create a superb loaf. The instructions are very simple to follow but I would recommend you have a bread maker. It’s a lot quicker and far less effort on your arms. The bread is full of lovely seeds and the additional of the rye flour creates a firmer loaf. The texture means this is perfect for spreads and soldiers.

Dutch Dill Bread is a combination of caraway, dill and yogurt in this special rye bread. I have cheated and always use a bread maker to do the hard work.
