One of my favourite requests at weekends are for Fresh Homemade Belgium Waffles. It starts with the aroma of the Belgium waffles baking in the maker, its time to start drooling. Then you have to decide which topping to have with the waffles! Will it be syrup, jam, honey, sugar, bacon, sausages, whipped cream? Don’t forget fruit, bananas, strawberries, blueberries etc. The list is extensive. I love this recipe as it is lighter than the yeast based waffles.
