Chicken Dijon is an easy recipe to follow but the results will have people coming back for more. The hit of the mustard gives this chicken a superb flavour that people remember. This recipe is ideal for busy people as it only takes 30 minutes to bake. I serve this on a bed of steaming rice to absorb the delicious sauce or with Boiled Potatoes with Herbs for a lovely summery dish. As a main dish, this is lovely but I have also used this dish on a bbq. Prepare it the same way but slice the chicken up and skewer it like a kebab
